Yeah, though I'm curious; as some models are more difficult than others ^^
Double dipping is when you SE a company twice for the same product.
Process (*Listed, because I'm tired*):
- Call company and SE successfully.
- Later, point out another misfunction or mis-ship with the product you SEd; and get another, identical product.
-Analysis; you've got two products for the price of zero.
