I think someone mentioned you'll want to set up an LLP, and while that's all well and good, you'll want to set up an LLC as well. It'll protect you from some losses if someone sues you for your candies giving them a seizure or some shit.
I'll be researching into everything like that when it comes closer to the time, for now I'm more focused on getting the money.

I'm fully aware that we may not make this estimate. I am expecting to make a loss in the first year, however we will always have roughly £3000 sat in a bank account if fees get too much.
