When you post on a public forum without specifying who you are talking to, then you are talking to the community. That includes me as well as everyone else. Also, its only one "you".
If you mean a specific person then you should specify that. However, you are still posting and discussing publicly, meaning that everyone has the right to comment and you are essentially talking to the community. ( Though you may specify it for someone. )
