Pwn some boxes and use them to ssh tunnel. The speeds are dependent on the connection speed of the box itself. There are VPS hosts with ~100 mbps or higher download speeds.

Not everyone has router.py you know.
tropic is right though, ssh tunnels work well.
if anyone wants a py script for wimax routers pm me. You need a Shodan API key.
