You can say but the user bars have been on headshot before then. I created a "spy" account to stalk and hound headshot.

They were on DZ originally, which was merged into Sinisterly.

to add to this the other website doesn't even allows signatures whereas if he did have a website I'm pretty sure he would enable signatures to show off his editing skills.
The Absol on the other site is "the new owner" of the site, he could've changed the name of the previous owner. It's possible that forumotion does not allow signatures.

Think forumotion allows them, if you set it for other users to be able to.
Not stating one way or the other of whether this user is or isn't, but profile information isn't really proof one way or the other. People do lie on the internet, not to mention profile info can be changed whenever.
My opinion? Its a bit too much coincidence, but that's coincidence for you. So, I can't really say I believe one way or the other about whether he is or isn't the same as that Absol.
Forumotion might be able to be contacted about the userbars as they aren't their property.
