All of them have their good sides.

Libraries, APIs, general features, environments it can be used in and how along with a lot of other factors. There's no best language for sure, but there can be best languages for specific environments and conditions imo.

By environment, he means the conditions and deadlines the programmer faces. Just because I'm on windows doesn't automatically make C++ "better".
