No, that is just straight stupid. I know that if I got a temp ban for flaming someone, taking away my SP is just all sorts of stupid. If the person is perm banned it is a different story.

Wrong in my opinion. Due to the way the warning system works, you wouldn't be temp banned for a silly reason. You'd have to be a persistent offender.

Absolutely nothing is free in this world, one doesn't really have the right to get any SP without doing some effort or being lucky. (Onis former Lotteries)
Also sometimes bans just happens and everyone deserves a second chance. When someone gets banned it doesn't mean that they can never ever come back. For example look at Bluescreen.
