Third time I was successful and I used a rep phone.

More info on the Steam Deck? Particularly when it was, how much you had to push Steam, and if you used a personal (/aged) account. Wondering how one would actually use an SE'd Deck with their own account and games after.

I didn’t really push steam at all I just told them I received an empty box, then they investigated. I wouldn’t how to use an SE’d steam deck as I sold it.

I have an aged account 15+ years lots of games. I said DNA and I got a refund in 3 days. Easy refund wish they were all like that.
