So instead of 6kg missing, there's 5kg missing from a 6kg shipment.

Too heavy for EB.

I would not put in that terms. some years ago I tried to se a camera lens with the excuse of shattered lens and consequently blood and scars. They requested an hospital certificat. I don't know if the procedure is the same nowadays but I ended up returning it legit.

All I'm saying is, empty box should not work if they're monitoring packaging for packages over 120g.

New products often get shipped without inspection at packaging, which can be a reason for EB being so successful with new products.
