I did RTS, Gomibo they told me that there was fraud by the transportation company and advised me to go to the police, but they themselves refused to give me a refund. No further proceedings occurred, but I had an excuse from the .de domain on WW. So I'm now thinking about filing a chargeback

you will definitely get your money back with chargebacks. I paid with PayPal, if they refuse to refund I will open a PayPal complaint. The important thing is that they don't contact the police

i used fake billing information, but i used real address and real name for the delivery.with ftid the package was delivered and i assume disposed of by the company it was shipped to, so i don't think they have the ability to prove the label was manipulated. my only concern is about the airpods. can i use the airpods if they make a claim? gomibo has the serial number because i can see it in the order detail.

Idk about RTS Damaged but I hope they see a fault at the logistics company and not on you

Otherwise you would be in trouble, maybe being asked or something.

Using the real address is always a risk, as the police may show up at your house and will question you
Personally I know, they will black list / report back to apple that the Item is stolen and they wont grant any warranty claim
Never heard of AirPods being tracked or something

Have you done a Chargeback with this store before?

My situation is a bit different as I ordered for another country, maybe it's a bit easier and it's out of their jurisdiction
