PayPal account is relatively fresh. A month old but about €1k in trans.

Would a PayPal chargeback — where I assume Dior doesn’t respond, be better with FTID considering it’ll say “Delivered” and thus easier for PayPal to side with me as my return has been delivered? Or, would a  LIT scan simply be enough to get a successful CB?

Any update?

Relatively easy refund, FTID.

Did they respond to the dispute tho?

They did, but nothing annoying, they're refunding on the condition of proof of return, which isn't much of a hassle.

Hi, not a problem.

I'll explain the entire process and then more deeper into the dispute.

I contacted them before dealing with it through PayPal. They did a investigation with UPS, couldn't find package but weren't willing to refund me.

Started a dispute shortly after, which had me provide some basic info like the communication between all the parties, proof of return etc. Then PayPal came to the conclusion they'll have to refund me on the condition I provide all the info and proof of me returning the package, which I did for the 2nd time as I just mentioned. Also included some extra info like current screenshot of UPS tracking page etc. Then refunded me as the condition of providing proof was met.

Let me know if you've got any more questions!
