DNA is rarely an option in my area.

I was going to dry ice them and claim through PP, but the return is through DHL Express. Very very low chance of success.

DHL express means no FTID either.

Sealed box is an option, but I would really like to keep the boxes.  Biggrin

Back to the drawing board with this one.

Did you pull it off recently?

And to update my story

Did a PayPal charge back on the 2nd of May, with all the proofs. Meta didn't answer before the 12th, so I got reimbursed. And now, UPS is supposed to deliver the meta quest today.

So basically, thanks to UPS, I got reimbursed before getting the package. I'll see if meta tries to charge me again when the status goes to delivered

Recently yes.

Congrats on your SE, seems like there's still room to maneuver. Remember to delete the VCC used for purchase etc.

It was through PayPal, so I don't think I can delete the VCC unfortunately.

I'll just keep it in the box and wait a few weeks I guess

RE: Meta Quest Eu - siro_fr - 05-14-2024

OK I received the package. The box is really banged up and there's also a sticker on it

"fps fraud risk pkg int : contact 8553234775 with any concerns. Only intercept the specified tracking number above. Deliver all other package as normal. Do not relay any information regarding this."

Any clue whats that?

Sounds like UPS internal messaging that you're not supposed to see. *facepalm* xD

Fraud risk could be if they've seen Paypal claims before on this particular shipper's packages. But who knows, what a joke.

Keep it for a few weeks and if nobody asks questions, you're good.
