If it is transparent , u will probably succeed.
There are another members here claiming EB works with Western Digital, try to see in the website their terms about refunds, go to the wayback machine and try to see if they have changed that.
If they didn't change anything, there is a high chance that EB is still succeeding to date.

What specifically does the store's return policy have to say to know if EB works there?)
"The company assumes responsibility for delivering the goods to your specified location (DDP terms).
In this case, an empty box would likely be considered a delivery failure, and you'd be eligible for a full refund."
Search for something like that, they will probably have to assume that they didn't ship the correct item, try to see if they pass the responsibility to the carrier.
If they claim that they ship the item and carrier has POD, then u will probably ask proof or any backup that backup of their claims, photos or something, because u didn't receive ur product.
If all this doesn't work, proceed with a bank dispute and provide evidence.

I see your point, thank you for the clarification🤝

Depends on their terms & responsibility.
DNA is still good option, but EB is more common with lightweight items, because there is no actual proof that the item you ordered was inside the box due to weight of the product, they can't backup their claim.

RE: Western digital ssd SE - rudar133 - 03-25-2024

So i get the disk but there is problem. On back side there is 1cm Ă—2cm hole so you can see that disk is inside. Should i still try EB. If i try should i say that box was opened or that it was factory selaed?

DNA didn’t work for me 5 months ago even though it was left sitting outside in front of door . There was a photo that didn’t have the address . Called multiple times and they kept denying saying it was delivered . Eventually just did chargeback $500 ssd

RE: Western digital ssd SE - rudar133 - 04-05-2024

So i still try EB method but they denied it. What should i do keep trying to convince them? Is the chargeback with bank worth it for 90€?
