I tried to SN them with a soundbar (€700) and they keep telling me: "investigating..."
Did a LIT on them lol

what did you tell them once the LIT was done? like how did u contact them did u just ask if they received it or what

Its their label and all that, so I have not much to do/say
I mailed them yesterday and told: 'seems like my item is stuck, pls tell me what to do'

Ppl said either LIT or FTID it
A boxer did an LIT, don't know whether it goes through or not
Got three unused SN, next time I will FTID them

Personally I would box them and then contact them, if they find any problem replacing just photoshop the product inside the box and claim that u sent the item and the package was their responsibility.
They will probably Warranty replace the product.
