What carrier was it delivered by, what shipping option did you choose and what was the proof of delivery.

Next Day Delivery is Evri
Premium Next Day is DPD

I always go for Evri when given the choice, fuck DPD

It's luck, I noticed earlier you order the more likely you won't get DPD.
