Have they replied to you at all? In my case, it's been a week since I reported it and I haven't heard from them since.

Have they replied to you at all? In my case, it's been a week since I reported it and I haven't heard from them since.

Did you check the spam folder? It may sound stupid, but all their emails came as spam and in one case I didn’t notice

Yes, I also checked spam, but it's empty there as well.

Have they replied to you at all? In my case, it's been a week since I reported it and I haven't heard from them since.
Yeah they approved replacement but that item is out of stock so i should wait eternity

You should've told them you don't mind an appropriate alternative (different model) and they would've sent whatever was in stock
