yeah something like this happened to me a few months ago, i tried about a 500$ dna. and got a screenshot of the support chat saying they will give me a refund. a few days later best buy denied my claim (wasting everyones time acting like they are going to refund anyone lol). but then i did a pp claim and used the evidence of them saying they were going to give me a refund and then i won the claim. i think it was extended once past the 10 days but after it was awarded in my favor. so i guess its safe to say best buy it pp claimable with the evidence of them saying they are going to give you a refund first.

Nice. Now if my PayPal accounts didn't get limited the same day I make on I could do that more.
I'm to the point where I'm about to buy a couple fullz off a Dark Net Market just so I can open a credit card with a decent limit that I will pay off in full and not even burn just so I can threaten and go through with the chargebacks.
