Around 11 days ago my moncler package arrived, around 1.3k. I claimed EB through paypal chargeback and worked wonderfully. They didn't react. My backup was boxing them. I'm not gatekeeping this, just want to share with the community.

if anything a purchase like that should be on a credit card, that way you can easily do a chargeback and let them deal with it.
he's not gambling with his own money, it's the banks.
if the PayPal claim fails then he could just return it
