can you explain why it failed?

I claimed MEB* and after it got escalated, they said they confirmed the package was left intact on their end and I need to work it out with Fedex.

I claimed MEB* and after it got escalated, they said they confirmed the package was left intact on their end and I need to work it out with Fedex.
ok clear, to me they send a carrier legally blinding document to sign that I didn't received the shipping, but I'm too afraid to sign

Why? You have claimed you don’t have it. So why are you scared to sign something NO ONE will ever know that you have?

If a document is enough to scare you off doing SE, then why even attempt it in the first place?

My advice is forget trying to SE LDLC and their partners Topachat and Materiel.net. They are an absolute pain in the ass even for clients with a legitimate claim

because i want to resell it, otherwise i would have sign it (and in addiction there is the sign of my doorman, i don't want to involve him)

i would like to avoid if the buyer make a warranty claim and they deny it because the serial it's connected with a SE/stolen card
