U should probably went with another method than going direct to a PP claim.
You put urself against the wall before even the SE started.
That's not the best position to be in.
the stores that don't reply aren't very well known for technology stuff. so it's a guessing game
Try to escalate with Microsoft. Call them, email them, see their terms and social engineer them, that's all this is about.

i first tried to SE Microsoft but couldnt get no luck after some emails and stuff. I tried to claim DNA. Then resulted to just doing a PP claim on it, this was a few months ago. I heard from a homie that Microsoft didnt respond to his PP DNA claim. he did contact support first and they just said to basically do a charge back and provide the support chat of them saying so. basically giving the green light. im probably going to do another order on Microsoft and check it out.
