It was 300 bucks, had to stay in contact with rep all the time
No signature as well no picture was taken
Idk what kind of investigation it was, but the driver came black left a notice I should sign
I did not opened the door
Then Sent it back to UPS and after a week I got my money back
FYI it was a wireless headset arctics nova
