Considering WIR is an error in the warehouse, what exactly would the PR be about?
Maybe they investigated deeply, had warehouse CCTVs or else what
Seems like they conclusion is, it must be taken out of the parcel or something
Right that makes sense. So essentially in that case WIR fails because of CCTV, which is expected.

I am keep hearing in west Europe they don't have CCTVs, but there is no other way they found it out… or pictured the parcel

okay got a lil problem, the wrong item recieved is a bigger item than the item i want to SE.
Think that could be an issue? Its a similar weight though,m
