I would put refunding in the 'grey hat' category. Nobody's forcing customer service agents at gunpoint to issue a refund to us. Its hardly illegal. Unethical yes, illegal no. Whereas in the 'black hat' category we have actual fraud such as Bank fraud/carding/spoofing which is different and illegal as it hurts innocent people.
There's no need to argue please. Both of you above are right. Just calm down.

Yeah this is what I mean illegal a huge difference to social engineering there's so much more to that area

It's objectively illegal. I understand your point, but let's not mislead users of the forum that might not know any better.
Anyway, this forum isn't the place to be discussing the activities you've mentioned. I'm not going to read them, but it's almost certainly against the rules.

100%, many of these types of threads have been closed by mods as its not allowed to be discussed, you're right. We also shouldn't mislead users you're spot on.
We differ on our thoughts on refunding but I respect your opinion. I hope the mod closes this thread.
