In winter once a day and in summer atleast 3 times a day.

Once a week tops, unless I get dirty or sweaty from cardio.
Showering just exposes you to fluoride, heavy metals, and thousands of trace chemicals/drugs. Also washes off your natural pheromones. If you have bad BO, its usually an issue with diet and microbiome.
