I never got into smoking, I tried it several times over the years as a lot of my friends partake. But it never stuck with me. I do wonder how and why it effects people differently.

I recommend for those who want to quit smoking NAC supplement/drug. It allows you to get rid of nicotine from the body faster, etc.
It is worth taking an interest in this substance in the case of other addictions.

I’ve smoked from a very young age but it’s really getting gross and has become a burden in my life rather than a pleasure. I have cut back significantly recently and plan to continue until I’ve quit.
