I didn't even have an account, I bought it as a Guest.
I have made a few purchases from the site over the years with the same email address, but never created an actual account

doesn't have to be aged, I done it today on a guest account. they didn't even launch any investigation, it was refunded pretty much there n then. I'm from the UK as well btw.
the only thing is, I bought the trainers last month so it's been a while. so not sure if they would launch an investigation if it was only a few days

DNA. I told them I never even noticed that it hadn't arrived yet due to the amount of packages I had been getting through the door for christmas.

yeah but I think I got away with it because it was a few weeks later. The agent asked why I had only just raised the issue and I told them I was receiving that many packages for Christmas I hadn't noticed.
there was no investigation or anything, just refunded it on the spot

just that I couldn't find it and checked the tracking which stated it was delivered.
