I spoke to them again via Live Chat today, they confirmed it was lost in transit and said I should have a refund come through in the next 48 hours. Not sure how much I trust their live chat so I have saved the transcripts for a PP Dispute if needed (not sure if they'll help).

Still no refund - told to wait another 48 hours. Time for PP Dispute? I've been told I'd receive a refund multiple times via Live Chat and have saved the transcripts.

It hasn't been 14days yet. It sucks but I'd wait some more. At day 14 you unleash that inner rage, politely, and ask where the fuck your package is.
Let the hate flow through you, but politely.
Tell them how the 14 days have passed, they kept you waiting, you spoke to multiple support staff and they said 'soon refund will follow'. Yet nothing has happened. You have been willingly patient for a package that the mailman lost. You understand that they want to wait out their chances for a delivery, but 14days is plenty to know the package won't arrive anymore. Something like this

Have called too. They are adamant they've emailed me a POR (?) form but I haven't received anything. I requested for it to be sent again and they said to wait 48 hours :|

Finally got the refund without needing to do a PP dispute. Do not recommend trying Curry's.

Same as Amazon which makes customers wait 30 or 60 days.
