Aside from the ethics of it
If you have good anonymous drop off point (Like a DHL parcel point) there is no reason you could pull it off. The person sending generally gets a receipt with confirmation of sending the packet including the weight. The parcel company tracks the package and there is a confirmation of receiving the package.
With FB market place things can be more personal so you dont want your personal information out there (fake account with same age on it). Also DNA can be pretty easily challenged by the seller. I've no experience on FB marketplace so this is the only useful thing i can say.
