Put yourself in the company’s shoes. Hearing this (especially if the customer uploads a picture as “proof”) is a massive both legal and PR risk if true. It’s without a doubt unlikely, but if I were a large, brand-conscious company that can absorb a loss or two, I’d at least seriously consider just refunding the customer. I might not even ask them to file a PR or anything like that as to keep the incident on the down low in case it’s actually true. People are weird. I’ve worked in a warehouse before, and there were some weird people.
I have to take your side here, If you do this with a big enough company and send the proof right away before they ask, to stifle any of their initial suspicion of this being a fraud and act outraged enough you could get a refund. It would be better if you talk to a higher-up person than just a normal rep who doesn't give a shit about the company. Makes me wanna try this.

Fun fact but the actual original method wasn't CIB but SIB (shit in box) and the funniest thing was that it actually worked, perhaps to this day too.
Although you could say there were human faeces inside your parcel, the actual method was dog shit/rat shit on the outside of the parcel which seeped through and went on your item.
I want someone to test.
