Sephora, Notino and Flaconi worked for me.
They all took about 1-3 weeks if I remember correctly.
I did them a while ago, therefore they are not guaranteed to work anymore.
You should try for yourself or search for threads about those shops.

After I send them the photos they redirected me to a special team. 2 weeks later i received my refund.
Value was below 100€.

Just push them for refund. Read their rules first.

douglas' customer service sucks and they're very slow for refunds. I tried to DNA once and it failed. Anyways Notino and fragarance net is better
