Got an email stating that they did not find any irregularities with packaging and shipping.
They said that they can not do anything and that I should file a complaint against unknown.
What do I do from here?

Do as you would if you actually got fucking robbed
Press them and they will go further.
In my experience though they just straight brickwalled me

Tissot is not worth it and their customer service is poor.
You are going to be waiting 1-2 months for their "investigation" to conclude. Even then it's 50/50 if they refund you. They won't if their fraud system flagged your Ip/address during the process.

Man some people are saying that they're getting their orders refunded in 5 days It seems they're either really lucky or bullshitting I don't know.
If Tissot is not worth it though do you have any other recommendations for watches? I'd really like a nice watch

Some update for you. Filled a PR today. PR is just scare tactics from them so it’s okay to do it like 2-3 times a year. Police is useless and wont investigate anything.
I really don’t recommend anyone to hit this company. Poorest and slowest CS I’ve ever seen. They dragged this out for a month now and initially went after delivery services - obviously they failed and now turned against me. I still have a wild card just in case. You just keep pressing them and complain and ask for escalation!
I’ll update you once they reap to PR.
