they wrote email back to me that they have researched and that its a mistake in the system and they said they let someone higher see it and will contact me back to see what they have decides.

They are most likely to ask you a few questions like “ have you asked your neighbour if they have received it” etc. if that happens pretend that you do what they say .
They might also ask you to file a non binding document just like zalando does.
Just do what they say and you should be good

yes just when they reach out to me, yesterday nothing. i guess on monday they will, ill cooperate and be confused just hope they don't force reshipment

I hope they will ask me for refund or reshipment and not force reshipment on me.....
