Someone probably walked pasts your drive and decided they like the look of the shiny box sitting there … The reply I have received back is , as follows . "I had leadership review the situation. They deemed that the picture in UPS tracking is sufficient to show the package delivered. It is recommended you file a police report and a claim with your homeowner's insurance for a stolen package. A shipping claim will not be filed by us, nor will a replacement be sent or a refund issued for stolen merchandise. We appreciate your business Thank you," RE: How to DNA when UPS took a picture of delivery - frankovec - 11-04-2023 (11-01-2023, 11:31 PM)billybobby Wrote:what a bunch of idiots, i hate companies with such attitude.(11-01-2023, 09:19 PM)BitPlayer Wrote: If it was left outside, and you didn’t authorise a ‘safe place’, the company has responsibility for your parcel still. Can I DNA this? I emailed Summit and they provided proof saying it was delivered and provided picture as proof of delivery. I ordered through paypal . What should I do?Ask for your signature, they have to justify that the order has been delivered to you. RE: How to DNA when UPS took a picture of delivery - Blazealways - 12-21-2023 Unfortunately a lot of companies don’t cover stolen packages at all. The only way DNA works for them, is if you claim that the photo wasn’t your house. Then you run risk of the delivery driver coming to your house to confront you about the package being delivered to your place. They’ll also check trucks gps coordinates to confirm. DNA only really works on big companies who don’t investigate anymore. Very few cover stolen packages while you “weren’t home”. |
