Some people have failed and sometimes it takes quite a while but if it's done right theoretically you shouldn't fail

WIR stands for ? I tried to SE iphone in Spain, but as return option I had only pick up or take it to their partner's office.

they refused replacement or refund

any update?

I´ve been pursuing the SE. Currently Amazon put a investigation in place.
I will provide more details after the investigation come to a conclusion and obtain a final decision from Amazon support.

can you go into detail on how you found the "wrong item"? Does it have to be the exact weight? Did you take into account the parcel weight with the item, or just the item in the box?|
