Still part of the thought experiment
I claim MEB. No signs of tampering. Rep will claim there are clear signs of theft/damage to the package despite me saying the opposite. (Obviously @mazn rep policy to get a PR from all MEB cases)
Will theoretically file PR. Anyone know how long those usually take to get back? I've heard it varies by city but anywhere from 3 days to a month.

Theoretically, if PR not accepted initially, demanding supervisor while calling CS will work.
