Have yet to contact, I check their TOS, contact 15 days after arrival if nothing has changed.

What do you claim? do you say it just does not turn on? and where is SN located, dont you need to peel it off?

since it arrived to them on 8 September you should get a response tomorrow the latest, or did u get one already?
