Your initial post had me thinking you were familiar with the WIR method involving two account / items with matching weights.
It was recently explained across different threads by different members & @mothered for 4090 GPUs. I can link you to it if needed.

Honestly I woudln't risk your legit 4070ti.
They check the returned items throughly and if it goes south you won't get the refund and they won't ship your 4070ti back.
Very high risk for a 20% performance upgrade.

Alright, WIR is currently not an option anymore then, hopefully no OTP and you can DNA.

Yeah not totally familiar with WIR - but I understand it now
And that’s my intention, goes south go for a regular return try again some other time

Based on what I've read on this forum you could either:
- claim DNA. Depends on solid the account is. Hit or miss, if it misses your account might get flagged by ofm.
- Pay a refunder to do a amazon 30 days (it's the main Amazon method I see offered right now)
- Pay a refunder to do a instant amazon refund (few countries are left and few people are still offering it. quite rare)
Keep in mind, with Amazon when you SE them it's always hard to keep the account safe. The most honest refunders will admit it's 50/50 chances of getting banned.

I should add the box came slightly damaged, ripped on one corner and dented on the other, to the point where it dented the foam surrounding the GPU
