If it is delivered, wait a week and then ask about status of the repair etc. I would call them.
Before you ask them, check ups site whether your package has still delivered status.

How did you manage to get them to give you a delivery label? I'm looking to try something similar and have a S/N but my only option seems to be a collection.

I have to be honest I dont remember i think i emailed them asking for a label instead of collection because i was busy

i contacted them they told me to talk it out with ups but i told them that by law i cant get any info over that and that they have to contact ups, im waiting for a response.

they told me that they started an investigation seems like its going good so far
