What exactly do you say to them when making PEB in Zalando? Are you claiming that half of the products are in the box and the other products are not in the box?

depends, I tend to make it a bit different every time, I know half did work but I personally tend to go for ~1/3 missing items

Where are you from? Have you tried seing puffer and shoes? Or you stick to light articles like tshirts, jumpers, pants?

Sennheiser meb is pretty easy to hit, just takes some time because the support team takes 2 days to reply.

meb as i mentioned, only tried with earphones, because they are light, please update if you try going for a heavier pair of headphones.

You need to keep the whole order with shipping included under 50pounds, before promo code( if your order is for example 60pounds and after apllying a code the price goes down to lets say 40 pounds you will get banned.)
I believe it is somewhat possable to dna or ftid for bigger amounts depending on the country.
