So, since the product exceed limit value for 14 days refund, I’ll have to wait for 1 month to conclude everything.

Is it normal to take about 1 month for this situation ?

Hi Mothered,

After 1 month of wait.

I was obliged to wait 1 month for the refund, they said that since the amount of refund is over 264, refund is only made after 1 month.

28th August, refund received successfully

Bought iPad and a object with close measures.

After receiving both orders, 2 hours later called Amazon saying I receiving a item that was not I was expecting. They asked me to put it back in box and delivery it to a carrier who will delivery it to them. Once the wrong is at their warehouse, refund is done.

Is there anything to worry ?

I heard from mothered that amazon will open returns to check for contents
