Will try to whine but i guess it won't give any move forward.
Told that it got in fire while bro was playing and got skin burn ;d
This is standard procedure for 99% of companies that offer warranties. You need to fake a PoP to move forward. See if John Lewis sell the mouse and you could then make a John Lewis PoP on receiptmansion.com.
Saying its already disposed of may be a good idea because we all know that if they accept your PoP, then a POD request is coming. Don't worry too much about the proof of destruction for now, just get a PoP made.
Fake receipts do not work they cross check and reject them.

Ah then he should probably attempt to say it was a present. There are other threads that have had success doing that with POD for Razer.
Personally Razer seems like too much effort for the value of the items usually hit with S/N.

About the pop you can always start saying it was a present, and then if they really persist to have it maybe go with the corrupt file method or get a fake POP.
Also, I would highly suggest to remove all the reference numbers from this thread

Obviously compare the receipt to an original one to make sure all the details are correctly written I've checked from those free templates on receiptmansion and decided to choose laptopsdirect.co.uk cuz they have same mouse in stock. But they can crosscheck validity of that PoP, what to do with that?
