Yeah it's pretty much the same method as them they asked for video proof (they might not) or say you can't phone is lost/broken then you can take pics.

Going with a Razor headset and mouse. If that ends with a success going to a try a monitor. I've been researching a lot about SE'ing Laptops, I have been going through trust pilot to see how some companies handle customer service for faulty items.

Just sent proof of purchase with Razor. Already premised my query with a reason to avoid having to send a video of the item
