My friend got some time ago a PR for trying to refund a 30 euro LEGO set, how crazy is that. I wonder if we can work out the algorithm for what gets AR and what not... But why would Amz do that when they would've "lost" the items through LIT too? Insurance I guess? Generosity, they are doing that because they are a great company and think that if they refund you, you will shop more on their site. This is how they work. They want to make the customer feel important and happy. So there is such thing as auto refund for return after the item is scanned by the carrier and Amazon issues refund when the item is in transit. It only works for items that are around 300 euros mark. So I wonder if someone has any items in mind that would work for this thing. I tried on a motherboard 150 eur motherboard and it didn't work, have to wait 30 days. Could it be the specific item is flagged or the all the motherboards? Yes, but when they receive an item that is not what they sold you, aren’t they going to rebill you or ban/flag you? Not really, but I'm not gonna send them anything, just gonna make it get lost in transit and wait for 30 days, then they usually give you a incident report and issue a refund. |
