I just DNA’d manscaped for about $200 cad a few days ago.
Delivered (courier actually handed me the package but no signature).

Waited 3 days and send a message on their contact form on their website that it was marked as delivered but I never received it. The email me back 30 minutes later asking if I wanted to replacement and I told him it was for a gift so I’d like to do a refund and they instantly refunded me.

UK attempt. Forgot to not answer door so DNA wasn't possible as got pictured by royal mail. Did a wild attempt at EB didnt work. Now returning.

Poor attempt but chose the wrong time to do it when occupied by Christmas
