After 2 weeks of investigation, I opened the BBB complaint and got my refund 48hours later.
You can open a complaint against any company even if you never ordered from them. They gave me the run around too. BBB doesn't ask you to share any confidential information beside contact infos while making your complaint. A Nike employee will usually contact you within 24hours of your complaint directly thru BBB and from there you *should* hear back from Nike directly.

This is the 4th time I’ve hit Nike this year. Thought I was on course for my first fail.
Delivered a week past Saturday (left on the doorstep). Live chat with them on the mo day and it got sent to investigation. Heard nothing by Thursday so live chat again and told to wait for the investigation.
Live chat again today and got an instant refund
