I've read over the TOCs and it states this, '6.2 Philips will deliver the Products to the delivery address you have specified on the order form and in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen. In the event you order various Products to be delivered to different addresses, you will need to submit a separate order form for each delivery address. Any delivery or shipment dates given by Philips are best estimates only and Philips shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses for failure to deliver in accordance with the delivery or shipment dates given. In the event any of the Products ordered are out of stock, this may mean the whole order is delayed. If so, an estimate of the delay will be given by email or post, but delivery shall in any case be made within thirty (30) days as of the date indicated on the order confirmation by Philips.'

Does this mean DNA will not work with Philips?

I can't find any information, but I'm pretty sure this is too heavy to EB. I will weigh it once I recieve it. I heard of another method, which consists of saying the toothbrush does not charge, and that you disposed of the item, could you think of any other methods? If not, thanks anyway.

Yeah I think it'll be too heavy. Best bet is to DNA.

Somebody did DNA and they said this, 'I received the item and I sent them a message saying I didn't receive it. They told me to contact the shipping company.', which pretty much means it is unsuccessful, I think exploded battery/not charging will work.

Well that confirms that Philips doesn't take responsibility of lost packages. Go ahead with faulty product, get ready to box / ftid them, I heard they are insistant on getting damaged products back prior to issue replacements / refunds.

I have not been fond about FTID, mothered does not like the method, and calls it flawed. Would boxing not be better?

Lets us know when you've established the exact weight.

It's called the "disposed of the faulty Item method", which Is known to be a lengthy process.

Alternatively, you can box the return.

I will let you know.

For boxing the return, does dry ice have to be used? Can I not use an item similar in weight?
Do you also have a link that describes the box method?

Never mind, I found out what boxing is, would the package not get damp or soggy?
And where would I get the dry ice?
