Mention it was tampered with to the police. Doesn't have to be the parcel. You could say the seals were removed from the Apple box. Good luck.

Won't they put that in the report to apple though and it makes it a much bigger thing. Plus isn't it a bit late now after lots of back amd forth with the police.
Submitted for another PR this time saying I've watched some videos and realised some seals were missing and must of been removed. If this doesn't work and I don't reply you know I've been cuffed and sent down for this dangerous play.

Haha that made me smile. Tbh yes it would look bad if you went back on your words and mentioned the parcel was tampered but as you said seals were removed i think this is ok.
Will seals being removed affect the meb method? Time will tell.

Probably does throw the MEB tactic very off course but I could see myself and apple reaching an impass so mayerswell throw a hail Mary. If it works cool if not ill return and accept apple will never trust me again but idc I won't be attempting an SE on them again. Seems as though it's impossible to do PR in the UK unless you use DNA method

@mothered basically even when I mentioned tampered with the police still said they won't issue a CRN. As they're still not clear it was a crime or manufacturer issue. I got this in a word so I'm gonna convert to PDF and send them it. 1/10 hope.

Tried action fraud and they said its not fraud. And its apple directly.

Yeah PRs in the UK are hard and I would personally do DNA if there is no OTP involved
High value items always require OTPs in the UK.

Not from apple but with it being so light I thought MEB would be the easiest as no proof. Boy was I wrong.
