They asked for pic sent them and literally got my refund in 3 minutes.

What you could definitely do the next time you want to SE Sephora is ordering a fragrance and a nail polish with it.
Tell the rep that the nail polish broke and spilled all over the fragrance.
This should also result in a full refund being offered.

No, I do not have tried it myself, but had plenty of mates who did and got refunded that way.
