Their only argument is that the deliveryman called me and I answered, so I just said that when I came down to take the parcel he wasn’t here anymore

Their only argument is that the deliveryman called me and I answered, so I just said that when I came down to take the parcel he wasn’t here anymore

they are one of the hardest company’s to SE I wouldn’t even bother, send it back for a refund.

they re-escalated the case but today I received an email which say the same thing as the first.
I think I’m going to call them again and push the rep to give me a real proof of delivery because I really don’t want to give up now

Their evidence Is circumstantial, so do exactly what you've stated.
