I think you should let them see it, but not Links. Or maybe you can let them see the whole forum, but when they click a thread they won't have permission cause they need to register. That way they'll surely register since they really need a guide or tutorial on something, but they won't be active maybe. Just depends.

Ok, I will leave it so they can view for now but then I will try it so they can't see if it makes a difference.
